How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at connect@getcasette.com. In cases where there is a defect or an incorrect item was sent, please include photos of the issue along with an explanation in your initial email.

Personalized Products

Please note that personalized products are uniquely made for you. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized products unless they have a manufacturer's defect.

Return Conditions

  • Contact us before sending back any item.
  • Provide a reason for the return.
  • The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Mark the package with "RETURNED ITEM" to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
